Join us for one week of fresh air and in-depth exploration of our local ecology and how it applies to growing food. Immerse yourself in nature, meet goats, chickens and pigs, and work in small group activities led by experienced educators and farmers. Hands will be dirty. Learn using all the senses and intelligences, come have fun on the farm!
